At the end of the day I got my Ford Explorer for a decent price and not a terrible vehicle, but I will never return to this place ever again. There wasn't a major problem but enough small issues arose that made this whole process awful. First, the salesman sucked. Didn't know how to answer my basic questions and knew nothing about the car. I went in to buy a pick up found the one I wanted. The check engine light was on test drive. Not a big deal was injector said they would fix it. As I go to pay for the truck. My original sales guy who was busy sent me to to others to finish the deal. They were trying to get me to sign on a more expensive truck that I never ever saw. Salesman was fine. Will never do your closing thing again! Mark was obnoxious and didn't know what he was doing. It was a cash purchase. We give you the funds, you give us the title. It took him 2 1/2 hours! Never again
Day one we walked the lot and checked out inventory. I'm from Grand Forks and felt like Luther had better selection. Day two I drove back to Luther and took a test drive. And agreed to purchase the vehicle I drove. Day four I came back to purchase the vehicle with tonneau cover installed. Adam in finance was great.
The reason for my 5 stars is due entirely to my service advisor Robin Tollefson. He went above and beyond to get my vehicle repaired as quickly as possible and has good communication during the process.
Robin takes good care of me and Luther GMC is much preferred compared to the big Chevy dealership in town.
Adam was super very knowledgeable and polite the end.......... Love the car especially color in end
Luther GMC is the best dealership. I have been a loyal customer for many years. Last week I purchased a 2024 GMC Terrain AT4. The Sales person I worked with is Laura. She was excellent in every aspect. I also worked with Mark in the finance department. He is also great to work with. Luther GMC seems to have a very team work approach. The service department is very friendly. Thank you !
It is really hard to find a business who truly goes above and beyond and appreciates their customer. We travel a hundred miles to have service and repairs done at this location because we trust that the job is being done well.
I arrived 30 minutes early because I needed to jump on a work meeting. The service team took my car right away and I went and used the waiting lobby to take my meeting. I think my car was done within 45 minutes which was great. They also honored their competitor’s coupon deal which saved me around $40.
Great experience. They had a hard to find GMC HD 2500 that I was looking for. Salesman delivered it to me in Minnesota some two hours away.

Quick service for an unexpected thermostat replacement
Traveled from Aberdeen SD for work. I had some issues with my 2024 GMC which limited its speed. Brought my truck in early to discover a full service schedule at Luther Family. I explained I was traveling and Paul McDonald went out of his way..He arranged to get me a vehicle for the morning and pushed thru the service. The staff resolved the issue and had me on my way...I want to thank everyone that help me..Great job!

Exceeded our expectation as we had an appointment to get new tires on Tuesday , the tires came in early and we were able to get our tires done on Sat , Tyler made it happen for us and we appreciate it so much as we had a flat tire that Sat and would have went without a car til Tuesday.
